An interview with Intuitive Nutritionist – Lana Nelson!
As a medical doctor, I get asked often what the best foods are for all kinds of health-related ailments. The truth is, most people don’t understand or even realize is that everyone is different and the answers we seek are always within. Sure I can use my medical training, life experiences and intuition on what is best but there are things that are in your subconscious mind that only YOU can pick up on.
The truth is, at some point, we have all become confused about what is best to eat these days. It seems like there are always studies coming out contradicting what we thought was the latest up-to-date scientifically proven “healthy foods”. One expert will tell you to eat raw foods and drink green smoothies for optimum health, and another will say to eat fat to get in shape, and by the way, you need to include lots of protein too! Talk about confusing!
Did you know that what may be curative to one person is actually something that may cause distress in somebody else? This may oftentimes manifest as pain, inflammation, bloating, weight problems, allergies, and eventually lead to disease!
