3 Steps to Moving past Fear & 2 Muscle Testing Questions to Ask Yourself

I recently had a friend email me some very concerning news about how much we are being mind-controlled through the different frequencies that are out there, including toxins in our food, pesticides and a whole host of other sources.

My response? Yes, this is a reality in many ways. However, if our response is fear, then we tend to manifest more of what we are afraid of.

In this week’s video I share with you 3 steps to addressing fear, including acknowledging your feelings, letting them go, and looking for solutions (including the importance of sticking with your tribe).

Despite any negative energies that are happening right now, we are fortunate enough to have wonderful energy tools to protect ourselves and to release any of these frequencies from your body.
