Greater Authenticity and Compassion with Non-Violent Communication

Nonviolent Communication is a simple yet powerful methodology for communicating in a way that meets both parties' needs.

Non-Violent Communication (NVC) assumes that we all share the same, basic human needs, and that each of our actions are our learned strategies to meet these needs.

On Monday I'm interviewing one of the trainers from the Center for NonViolent Communication, Roberta Wall, to explore how to use these concepts of Non-violent communication to create change in the social and and political structures and institutions in the world, peacemaking, in families and communities, and also as a great support to spiritual and personal growth.

Join us to learn how to use these non-violent communication techniques in all aspects of your life including: parenting, relationships, and even in social and political structures around the world.

Here's a great clip about the idea of “compassionate listening” to give a sneak peek into one of the concepts of non-violent communication
