Have a Food Intolerance? Check Out This Article..

If you've been told that you are lactose or gluten intolerance, be sure to question the testing used

Unfortunately many doctors provide limited testing that only covers certain food items rather than testing for the chemicals that are used to process our daily food.  This means that even if you cut out that food that you were told you were intolerant to, you may still have the same symptoms you started with! This is because the chemicals that you are intolerant to are also found in other items.

I know how frustrating it can be with the “trial and error” of cutting out this food or that food, to still be stuck with the same symptoms. Ugh!

And it's apparently pretty common. An estimated 1/3 of the US population is estimated to be affected by food intolerance. And so many don't even realize that it's food intolerance that is fueling the fire of common side effects including:

  • Chronic Headaches
  • Skin disorders
  • Nausea
  • Bloating
  • Stomach cramps
  • Weight gain
  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Fatigue

It's essential to identify the exact items you are intolerance to as soon as possible.  Many people believe they may be gluten intolerant or lactose intolerant, but then after testing with more accurate and extensive testing it is revealed that another substance that is actually causing the problem!

So what kind of test can you order to make sure it pinpoints the real source of your intolerance?

On Monday I am interviewing Andrew West from the popular Intolerance Testing Group to talk about the most efficient hair testing solution that tests over 600 total items, including food and non food substances, and even gifts you with a list of where these substances are commonly found, and as a bonus offers you an analysis of what nutrients your body is lacking! How cool!

Join us to learn how easy hair testing can be (you don't even have to leave your house!)
