[LW Radio] Total Body Transformation with DL Walker

Are you over 40 and falling apart?

Research has shown that things like sensory function, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance begin to decline at middle age. Concurrently, our bodies begin to manifest the wear and tear of time. Fitness programs and sports that served us in our 20’s and 30’s are no longer appropriate and potentially harmful. It is a critical time to take action and avoid the medical merry go round, where our lives revolve around doctor's appointments, surgeries, and medications. Middle age is an ideal time  to incorporate safe appropriate strategies to undo the atrophies of aging, so our bodies remain stable, sturdy and sound to serve us through the second half of life.

Here’s the reality of what can happen if we don’t:

A study in 2018 by Johns Hopkins claims that more than 250,000 people in the U.S. die every year from medical errors. Other reports claim the numbers to be as high as 440,000. Medical errors are the third-leading cause of death in the United States after heart disease and cancer. Roughly 12,000,000 Americans are misdiagnosed each year. It is estimated that 80% of all Medical bills contain errors costing Americans $210,000,000,000 annually.

After DL became a victim of a medical error from a minor elective surgery and witnessed several clients and friends whose lives were unnecessarily cut short at their prime, DL’s mission is to empower people to take control of their own health and healing became personal and critical.

DL took her 32 years of experience as a patient, a Physical Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach combined it with research and created Fixuonline’s Fit over Forty Correcticise program.  DL incorporates a Total body Transformation, like a renovation for your structure, dispels the fallacies of fitness (more is NOT better) and provides simple, safe, education, resources and teaching to individuals so they can not only Release, Realign, and  Rebalance their bodies, but also Relearn proper movement so that “life becomes their exercise”.

In doing so people in their 40’s, 50’s and beyond can repair the wear and tear of time, restore optimal functioning, and be resilient to future degeneration and disease in just 12 minutes a day.

Listen in on this show if you’d like to find out:

    1. How you can gain all your fitness needs in just 12 minutes a day
    2. The missing link to health and fitness
